Bachelors/Masters in Bioinformatics or related discipline
5+ years of work experience
Experience in Next Generation Sequencing (NGS)
Experience with testing algorithms (Good to have knowledge of - mapping, variant calling and fusion detection algorithms)
Experience in Perl/Python scripting
Experience is Unix/Linux environment
Good understanding or working knowledge of software testing/STLC.
Excellent communication skills to communicate with multiple department managers
